Shipping + Delivery
We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible from our Australian warehouse. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the Australia Post service selected at checkout.

As a general guide:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10+ business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

This is a great option for lash artists and salon owners who want to stock up on their favourite lash trays, adhesives, accessories, and aftercare products while saving on delivery costs.
For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

How quickly are orders dispatched?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, product launches, or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
You can use this tracking information to follow your parcel's journey and view estimated delivery updates directly through Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily service customers within Australia. If you're located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact our team and we'll be happy to discuss available shipping options.

What if my order is delayed or missing?
If your tracking information hasn't updated for several days or your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us and we'll assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

While we are not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to the carrier, we'll do our best to help resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
