At LashedByNat, your safety and hygiene are our top priorities.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Lashes are applied directly to the eyes, and for health and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have been delivered. We cannot guarantee the condition of items once they are in a customer’s care.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Final Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for replacement or credit.
